Terms & Conditions:

1. Bookings

• All bookings at Sarab Club must be made through our official booking system.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment is successfully completed and a confirmation is received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
• Rescheduling is permitted only if requested at least 6 hours before the scheduled session time, subject to availability.
• Requests made less than 6 hours before the booking time will be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
• Sarab Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a rescheduled session.

3. Arrival & Session Time

• Players must arrive on time for their booking.
• Sessions begin and end strictly at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session duration.
• Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their booked time.

4. Use of Facilities

• The court is for booked players only.
• Proper tennis attire and footwear are required.
• Any damage to facilities or equipment may result in additional charges.

5. Health & Safety

• Players participate at their own risk.
• Sarab Club is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings while using the facilities.
• Players must ensure they are medically fit to participate in physical activity.

6. Conduct

• Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
• Sarab Club reserves the right to refuse service, remove players, or terminate a session without refund in cases of inappropriate behavior, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or failure to comply with staff instructions.

• Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation management and communication related to Sarab Club.
• Sarab Club does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

• Sarab Club reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the booking system or facilities constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
